A La Sicilian crepes with ricotta
Tasty, tender, chocolate pancakes with ricotta, cherry jam and almonds. For Breakfast, afternoon tea or just dessert!!!

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Ricotta

    200 g

  • Jam

    6 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    100 g

Flakes 7 cereals and cereal Mistral to turn into flour using a blender or grinder.

Obtained from cereal flour, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, cocoa, sugar and salt and knead the batter. If necessary, add more milk.

The dough pour into a piping bag or bottle with a nozzle.

Heated pan greased with vegetable oil and bake lace pancakes for 1 minute on each side. Before baking a new pancake pan again to lubricate.

For each pancake put about 2 tablespoons of ricotta, one teaspoon of cherry jam and some almond nuts.
