Chocolate pancakes with caramel and tangerines
Unusual and very tasty pancakes, which blends the taste of chocolate with flavors of cardamom and cinnamon. Rounding out the overall flavor picture creamy caramel and sweet Mandarin slices.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cardamom

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Cardamom

    4 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Mandarin

    4 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    150 g

Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder and sift everything through a fine sieve. Add sugar, salt and cardamom.

Melt the butter, add the milk, water, eggs.

Mix the dry and liquid ingredients and fry pancakes.

For the caramel, mix the sugar, cream, butter, cardamom and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until thick, about 30 minutes. This can be done in parallel with the preparation of pancakes. Caramel cool.

Tangerine peel, removing the peel along with the white film with cloves.

With a knife take out the pulp from each slice and add Mandarin oranges in caramel.

Ready pancakes fold envelope, dipped in caramel and heat it in a pan for a few seconds on each side. Serve with tangerines, ice cream or whipped cream.
