Cooking
Prepare pancake. All the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, vanillin) sift through a sieve.
Add a glass of sour milk or buttermilk (I used 1.5% fat content).
Mix and divide into dough balls.
Add to the dough 2 tbsp oil "Oleyna".
Mix well the batter, the consistency it should be like liquid sour cream without lumps.
Bake the pancake on low heat with the lid closed, on a preheated pan, oil at this stage don't use.
Turn pancake and continue baking under the hood.
Here is marshmallow, which I took - with the aroma of creme brulee, you can use any other, also suitable marshmallow.
Cut marshmallows into pieces with a size of about 1 cm.
Spread marshmallows in the pancakes.
Constructed here is a cake and put it into the microwave oven for 3-4 min the smallest capacity, check if the marshmallows are not melted again in the microwave.
Pour our cake yogurt and decorate with berries.
