Buckwheat with stew's country
Nothing new to tell, but this is the most that neither is a lifesaver in the country. But we love the buckwheat with stewed meat, cook it often. This dish is just perfect for the dinner table, when there is no time to prepare gourmet dishes. Fast and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 pack

  • Stew

    1 can

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    1 sprig

To prepare the right ingredients.

Put the saucepan with 1 liter of water on the fire for boiling the buckwheat in bags. When it boils, lower the tea bag, salt and simmer 15 minutes. I don't use all the time for cooking as directed on package.

Grate the carrots into thin strips with a vegetable peeler and chop a quarter of onion rings.

To take the fat from the stew and reheat in a pan, fry the onions and carrots.

Add the vegetables to the stew, disassemble into small pieces.

Pepper and let boil liquid over high heat, stirring occasionally.

Boiled a packet of buckwheat removed from the water and hang on several seconds to glass liquid. Then put in sauce pan for vegetables with stewed meat, mix well.

Place on a plate. Serve immediately hot. Bon appetit!
