Cooking
In a separate container sift the flour.
Beat eggs in a bowl for whipping
Pour the eggs to the warm milk and water. Add sugar and salt. Beat the mixture.
Pour small portions of flour to the egg-milk mixture. Mix well. Add soda, stir. Pour in the oil and mix well.
I have a non-stick pancake pan, but before the first shoot, I still lightly grease it with grape seed oil.
The consistency of the dough is obtained, as in this photo. When frying pan has warmed, pour slightly less than 1 ladle of the dough. Wait until the surface of the pancake will become dry and turn it over. fry the other side.
