Vegetable pilaf with apples
Suggest you try a very interesting recipe of vegetable, vegetarian pilaf. Very tasty, flavorful, nutritious and healthy. This pilaf can be as a separate dish, and garnish. Help yourself!

Figure pre-boil. This can be done in advance. I have brown rice and I cooked it in the rice cooker.

Prepare the vegetables. Onions and carrots finely cut, a little corn cut in half (you can use regular corn), peppers and apples cut into small pieces, ginger root natiraem grated, garlic cut in half, lightly grind the nuts, raisins mine.

In a deep pan heat some oil and lightly fry raisins and nuts. Put on a plate.

In the same frying pan, pour a little more oil, put ginger root and garlic, and gently press obzharivaem, 1-2 minutes.

Then pour a little more oil, put corn, carrots and onions. Stir and cook with the lid closed on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Then add coconut oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar and Tabasco sauce, stir and cook for another 5 minutes with the lid closed.

Then add the peas, pepper and Apple and cook for another 5 minutes.

Then stir add cooked rice, raisins with cashews, stir, turn off the gas, cover with a lid and leave let him sweat for 5-7 minutes.
