Vegetable cakes with garlic and dill
In the days of lent Lazarus Saturday allowed caviar. That was something to put the eggs, I made these vegetable cakes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

Cooking

Salt, sugar, vegetable oil TM Oleyna 3 tbsp. flour put in a saucepan.

Add 1 Cup of warm boiled water and stir.

Add the yeast.

Gradually introduce the remaining flour.

Knead the dough. The dough will be sticky.

Garlic three on a medium grater. Optionally, you can pass through chesnokodavilku.

Grease hands with oil, make small patties and put on baking tray at a distance of 1.5-2 cm from each other.

Put the pan in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 7 minutes, then turn baking pan upside down and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick. Get the pan out of the oven.
