Description

Pomegranate sauce
For lovers of sweet and sour Oriental sauces. Perfectly suited to red meat and fish. A more useful, especially in winter!

Ingredients

  • Garnet

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Coriander

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Nutmeg

  • Apple juice

    100 ml

Cooking

Choose grains of pomegranate. Squeezed from the bean juice. Filter.

Mix with Apple juice (you can use bags).

Heat but do not boil. Remove from the heat. Add the sugar, a pinch of coriander, nutmeg, 2-3 pieces of clove. Then again heated (not to boiling!!!) whisk and gently beat in the starch. Stir, pour.

Serve sauce can be warm and cool. Optionally, you can add a little lemon juice. Bon appetit!!!
