Description
This is a traditional Irish dish. Found it in the Runet very long time, so the author does not know. Very similar to our pancakes, but taste sweeter.

Cooking
Here are the products we need.
Peel the potatoes. For those who have no scales - is approximately 6-7 medium potatoes.
Grate on a coarse grater.
Rinse under running water to remove excess starch. To drain the water.
Mix milk, flour and salt. I do this with a whisk, so no lumps. Prescription there is thyme, but my husband does not like him, so I added to the dough 1/2 tsp of dried garlic. But it's all a matter of taste.
Potato press and add to the dough. Mix well.
Spread as fritters and fry in butter.
Very tasty served hot with sour cream for tea.
