Spaghetti with sauce
Lightweight-simplified version of the popular Italian dishes. Real spaghetti Alla devil I also occasionally cook and sometime I will publish:) well, its simple, quick and tasty, a great dinner in a hurry. Help yourself! Recipe taken from the book "Italian cuisine" L. Cozzi and A. Shmeleva.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    200 g

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Mint

  • Pepper Cayenne

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Tomatoes to be peeled, flesh cut into slices.

Place all the tomatoes in a pan, add chopped onion, pepper, garlic, parsley and mint. Pour in the olive oil and salt.

Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the sauce is ready, remove the peppers and garlic.

Parallel to cook spaghetti.

Mix spaghetti with sauce and serve.
