Cooking
Chicken wings wash, dry, cut excess skin, or other uselessness.
For marinade with tomato remove the peel and cut into small dice. Put in a separate bowl.
Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds and partitions cut into small dice. Peel the onion, chop finely as well. Fold the tomatoes.
Add to vegetables, dry herbs, coriander, cinnamon, and mayonnaise.
Add the soy sauce. Mix well and press the vegetables to release the juice into the marinade. Try it on taste. If not enough salt, doculive, or add more soy sauce.
Spread the marinade to the wings, mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours. During this time at least once to mix the wings in the marinade.
Bake on the grill over the coals, or bake in the oven until cooked. The wings are prepared faster, you can repeatedly prick with a fork.
