Cooking
Onion and garlic finely chop and fry in olive oil until Golden brown
Add Cup of rice and cover with water, add salt. Cook until tender. Cool.

Put meatballs in sauce and simmer on very low heat for 5-7 minutes under the lid.
Serve with white rice or without garnish
