Meatballs
Albondigas a la jardinera - meatballs fancy that. You may not have tried, and if tried, will definitely try! But if someone is worried spinach color, then tie their eyes and ask how it tastes and what it consists of?! Very delicate flavor and a stringy cheese that will impress the finest gourmet.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Bacon

  • Chicken egg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomatoes mashed

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

    100 g

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Onion and garlic finely chop and fry in olive oil until Golden brown
