Barbecue
Very fragrant and succulent shish kebab. Interesting, complex marinade and an excellent result. Try it, it's DELICIOUS!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    2 kg

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    700 ml

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Mustard

    4 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 piece

Meat cut into medium-sized pieces. Onion half-rings. Meat to combine with the onions and mix well with a force from the bow to drain juice.

To prepare the marinade. In a saucepan pour the yogurt, add spices and soy sauce.

Then add the mustard, water, vinegar, and passed through the press peeled garlic. Mix well.

Pour meat with marinade and leave for at least 3 hours. I have a kebab stand all night.

Stringing kebab on skewers and fried on coals with a medium heat, until Golden colour, turning occasionally.

Ready skewers sprinkled with pickled onion greens and serve.
