Barbecue royally pork
In his hundredth anniversary recipe, I want to offer you kebab royally pork in double the marinade. And its not necessarily a long time to marinate, it is just two hours.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    1.5 kg

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Meat, I have a steak, wash and dry.

To peel onions. At this stage I suggest we all stock up on masks and goggles :)) Peeled onions grind in a meat grinder with fine bars, then put into cheesecloth and carefully squeeze out all the juice. Better to do it in several stages.

Drown our pork onion juice and leave to marinate for half an hour.

Prepare the second marinade. Mint wash, dry, lemon is also a good wash. Grind in a meat grinder or a blender, the mint with the lemon. Add salt, pepper, coriander and soy sauce, mix thoroughly.

Meat from onion juice, gently blot with a paper towel and spread the second marinade. To make mental massage meat with marinade and leave for half an hour to marinate. Before frying, marinade clean with meat.
