Baked potato-pea puree
Mashed boiled potatoes, peas and kohlrabi baked in portions with the addition of mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    100 g

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Kohlrabi

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Mozzarella

    50 g

Cooking

Washed peas yellow split Idaho TM"Mistral" boil until tender.

Potato and kohlrabi cleaned, cut into pieces and boil until tender. Drain the water.

Mash with a potato masher into a puree

Boiled peas grind into a puree using a blender

In mashed potatoes and kohlrabi add the pea puree, butter, egg, chopped herbs, flour, salt, nutmeg

Grated on a coarse grater mozzarella. Mix well, but not for long, with the help of the mixer

The resulting mass is deposited into portion molds, greased with vegetable oil, using a pastry bag and carved heads. Put into a pre heated oven at 200 degrees for 7-10 minutes (focus on your oven) until Browning
