Risotto with chicken, lemon and cinnamon
Another kind of pilaf. Thanks not quite the usual pilaf spices, this dish has an original and unique taste. Recipe By Jamie Oliver.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    6 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken breast

    3 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Figure

    250 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

  • Cardamom

    2 piece

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Pine nuts

    1 tsp

  • Petals

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 piece

Mix the yogurt with the juice of 1/2 lemon and marinate it sliced the chicken breast for 20 minutes.

Fry the chicken with the addition of sunflower oil on medium heat until Golden brown.

In another pan melt the butter, add 1 spoon of sunflower oil. Add rice and stir. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

I took the rice bubble mix TM Mistral.

Add spices, broth (water), zest and lemon juice and season with salt. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Remove the spices. You bake the nuts on a dry pan. Mix the chicken, rice, nuts, chopped parsley and serve. Bon appetit!
