Fettuccine with porcini sauce
Once we are born..! In the " warm nest "settled..! Our dad and mom, all the love was to " Chicks "..! Fast the time flies..! We large grow..! And in an effort to free the pack.., "warm house" leave..! That chickens, like people..! All offspring love it..! For a long time in the nest sitting..! Cherish their Chicks..! Only the birds are these.. very simple.. not! Made a little nest out of " pasta "... delicious sauce spread..! Sit quietly and wait.. when guests will fit..!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

  • Olive oil

  • Dutch cheese

  • Mozzarella

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Soft cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

The mushrooms and onions finely chop and fry in vegetable oil Ideal. ( a little salt)

The cheese is randomly cut

In a pan melt the butter, add a little flour, fry, pour the cream, just heat and add cheese, ( you can do without flour and butter, just cheese and cream..)

When cheese is melted, add to creamy mass of mushrooms and onions, and in a minute or two off

Place fettuccine in a deep pan, pour boiling water, the water must cover the pasta. Put on the heat, and add in a nest a little olive oil. When the water boils again, cover and cook for 5 minutes ( season with a little salt.). Carefully put the pasta in a bowl in the middle and around the edges to pour the sauce.
