Crispy thin buttermilk pancakes
To make the buttermilk pancakes I was advised by the mother, because they are more thin and delicate.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Kefir pour into a saucepan, gently heat and remove from heat. Add the eggs, sugar and salt. Stir until smooth mass.

Add the baking powder (it was his, not baking soda)...

... sunflower oil and flour. Flour is better to sift!

Bake pancakes in a pan greased with vegetable oil, until Golden brown.

Then they can add that in this pile... :)

Or serve immediately with sour cream, powdered sugar, condensed milk or with something else)) Bon appetit!!! :D
