Decided to put one of the recipes of cooking and serving veal. In my notebook it is among the veal classified in the first place. The dish I do not believe complex, and the effect is simply amazing. It is unlikely the restaurant serves this elegant dish, I found, at least. The recipe is not mine written in a notebook 2009, the author is not recorded. But thank him heartily for this dish, for it pleases me and gives unique pleasure gourmet. Help yourself to health!

Cooking
Our ingredients are.
Grind the pistachios (not too) and mix with grated Parmesan cheese.
Meat rinse and dry with paper towel. Make a marinade. Combine balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, pepper and salt. In the resulting marinade to soak the meat for about 1.5 hours in the fridge. After a time the meat is almost dry on a paper towel.
Fry the meat in butter, then pour the marinade on the meat and simmer under the lid until soft, by the hour pouring milk.
In the end add cream and a tablespoon of butter. The resulting meat is put into a saucepan, cover with a lid and towel.
Better tomatoes cut in advance. In the same pan over high heat heated tomatoes. Add the balsamic vinegar, the juice of black currant, olive oil, pepper, salt and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Deep fried for about 30 seconds.
Vykladyvaem meat on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese with pistachios and decorate with slices of Mandarin. In a deep bowl put our tomatoes with the sauce. And... serve. BON APPETIT
