Sole with garnish
In Soviet times I did this recipe Pollock. But sole is much tastier. Try it, don't pass it by!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    800 g

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cream

    120 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

Cooking

On the bottom of the form put the fish fillets

Fry the onion

Fish, salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice

Spread fried onions on the fish

Potato peel, cut into strips or cubes and fry. And then spread on a layer of the onion.

The pan where we fried the potatoes, pour the cream (you can substitute milk) when they boil, lay there half the cheese, bring to a boil and boil for 1-2 minutes.

Pour the sauce into the fish with the potatoes, and sprinkle top of cheese. Put in oven, preheated to 180 degrees for about 40 min.
