Bread with beetroot and dill
My family love homemade bread. And not to boring monotony we have to experiment.

Ingredients

  • Water

    2 cup

  • Sugar

    4 tsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Dill

  • Vegetable oil

In a bowl pour in warm water (40 degrees), add sugar and yeast, mix well. Leave for 5 minutes. If there is a "cap" safely continue, no pour out and do again (that means the yeast is not fresh). Then add grated on a fine grater beets, stir.

The dough came. Form grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Hands liberally pour oil, put the batter in the pan, sprinkle flour on top and again in a warm place. The dough came, you can bake. Bake for 35-40 minutes. The first 10 minutes bake at the re 220, then switch the oven on 200.
