Buckwheat pasta
So... wondering.. where would the buckwheat to attach.. I don't really favor... here and around the bag... time immemorial.. Began to think and wonder.. And suddenly I remembered.. here is the recipe...

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    300 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Water, carbonated

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Cooking

Fry the buckwheat in a dry frying pan..

Grind buckwheat in a coffee grinder..

Knead the dough from milled buckwheat, wheat flour, water and salt..

Seasoned dough (10-15 minutes) abenaim.. formed.. a sausage and cut into dumplings.. cook for about 5-7 minutes. Cut the dough, here's another... stripes, circles, squares... whatever your imagination desires... to Serve, too, can be with anything... even with the gravy, though, with a chop, even with the salad...
