Description

Red lentils
A great new dish that can be served both independently and as a garnish. But I cooked this lentils during lent.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Green beans

    70 g

  • Water

    450 ml

  • Salt

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

Cooking

Onion cut into cubes, fry in olive oil until Golden brown.

Potatoes cut into cubes.

Potatoes put them in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for about 15 minutes.

To the potatoes add the lentils, and continue cooking 7 minutes.

Then fried onions.

And beans. Continue to cook about another 3 minutes.

Ready lentils with potatoes to water with lemon juice.
