Cooking
Fish cut into portions. They should be quite thin, rectangular better shape.
Mixed spices for fish, dill and sesame seeds.
Mushrooms cut into slices and fry in a little sunflower oil.
On the foil lay out the fish fillets. Sprinkle it with a mixture of spices, put the mushrooms and roll up the roll. And so with all.
Tightly close rolls of foil. Bake them in the oven at 200 C for 25 minutes.
For the sauce finely chop the onion and fry it until tender, but not overcook. Add the cream, spices and bring the sauce until tender. Rolls serve with the sauce, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with dill.
