Rice
This dish is extremely popular throughout Southeast Asia. It does not need to specifically buy and cook meat. You can use any remaining from a previous meal.

Ingredients

  • Figure

  • Vegetable oil

  • Garlic

  • Meat

  • Shrimp

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Chili

  • Melted butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato

  • Chicken egg

Cooking

Rinse the rice and boil, following the instructions.

In a deep frying pan in Rast. oil lightly fry the onion.

Add the chopped garlic.

Ground chili pepper and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Place the sliced meat and fry for a further 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add the prawns and gently stir in the cooled rice. Salt. All rice mass fry very gently, stirring occasionally, until the white basmati rice does not acquire a pink tint.

The Frittata. Fry in melted butter onions.

Add diced tomatoes and simmer the whole lot for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt, pepper.

Pour the lightly beaten eggs and simmer under the lid until the omelet thickens.

Prepared scrambled eggs put on a plate, with a fork break into small pieces.

Place the rice heaped on a platter and garnish with slices of omelette.
