Basil (I have frozen).
Add the olive oil to the sauce was full bodied, not thick.
Whipped in a blender in here a lot - this is our green sauce.
The chicken breast thoroughly washed under running water and put in a steamer for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, checking the breast for readiness. Pierce the breast at the thickest point and see what color emerges the broth from the puncture.
Follows pink broth and I add 5 more minutes in the steamer.
Finally, the breast is ready, I divide it into two parts, cut crosswise into small pieces, pour plum sauce.

200 grams capellini I boil 2 liters of salted water (1.5 tsp sea salt), they prepared very quickly. I usually set the hourglass for 3 minutes.
