Cooking
I had bulgur and large green lentils from the company Mistral.
Boil the bulgur in salted water. The lentils, wash thoroughly and boil until tender in plenty of water. Drain in a sieve.
We need beets boiled or baked.
The beets, peel, cut in half and with a knife cut a little flesh from the middle.
Make dressing for salad. In a jar with airtight lid, add vegetable oil and lemon juice, a little salt and let's shake the mixture became homogeneous.
Bulgur mix with lentils, add chopped parsley and green onions.
Fill it with dressing, add salt, pepper, peremeshaem and leave for 30 minutes to infuse.
Fill the prepared halves of the beetroots, add pumpkin seeds, decorate with lemon zest.
