Dumplings with liver
I love dumplings, here's the option with the liver. Very tasty and unusual.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    100 g

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Sour cream

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

Liver wash, cut into small pieces, carrots peeled, grate. Fry the liver in butter for 5 minutes, combine with carrots, add salt and mix well.

To prepare the dough from flour, eggs and water. Roll it and cut circles. Sculpt dumplings.

Boil the dumplings in salted water for 8-10 minutes. To the table serve sprinkled with herbs. I love dumplings with sour cream. Bon appetit!
