Tavuklu risotto
Risotto is one of the main side dishes in the Turkish kitchen. Tavuklu pilav (rice with chicken). Delicious, hearty dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    300 g

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Carnation

    2 bottle

  • Water

    1 l

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Almonds

    1 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Curry

Cooking

Chicken put in a pot and cover with water. Add cloves and red pepper, boil until cooked for 35-40 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the broth, cool, cut into small pieces. Strain the broth.

In skillet, heat half the butter and fry rice on it.

Pour into the pan 2 stack. chicken broth, salt, pepper to taste, add curry to taste and the raisins, cover with a lid. And simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and place in a warm place for 15 minutes.

The remaining butter (you can add a little vegetable) lightly fry the chicken pieces.

Add to the rice the chicken and the almonds, mix well.
