Quail cutlets with egg and cheese
These patties like my baby, as they are his favorite eggs and cheese. They are very gentle and cute, kids will appreciate their appearance.

Ingredients

  • Quail

    2 piece

  • Quail egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Cheese

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

1. Separate the meat from the bones, the quail is very easy to do by hand. Shred the meat with a blender. 2. Add to the meat soaked in milk bread, eggs, salt and again blend it.

In the mold cake pan put 1 tbsp of stuffing, then a little chopped eggs and cheese and cover with another tablespoon of minced, lightly pressed to the upper and lower layer of minced meat joined at the edges. 4. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. From these few ingredients, I came up with 3 cakes.
