Recipes stuffed squid on the site a lot but this filling, I have not seen, so I offer you this recipe. Quite easy to prepare and very tasty to eat!

Cooking
Squid cleaned (easy to do, scalded with boiling water, the skin immediately collapses). Cook in boiling salted water for 1-1,5 minutes, no more, otherwise the squid will become rubbery.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. For this dish I took the cheese Belfort Belebeevsky Dairy Plant. He has a sweet nutty flavor, made of natural milk without vegetable fats.
Shrimp defrosted, and then scalded. In the bowl of a blender put the shrimp and cheese. Grind in a blender.
Add mayonnaise (or sour cream), salt. Again grind blender.
Stuff the carcass obtained by the mousse and refrigerate for a few hours.
