Mushrooms, stewed in sour cream

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    1 kg

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    500 ml

Mushrooms to boil for 2 hours. Slice the mushrooms and meat into strips, onion-rings quarter. In a pot fry the meat until Golden brown, to send back the onion, by 2min. Send in the cauldron mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste. Fry all this for 20-25 min.

After a time pour into the cauldron sour cream, mix thoroughly. Simmer 20 min.

Then add the chopped dill and simmer for another 10 min.
