A La turoscsusza with spinach
Turoscsusza is a Hungarian dish consisting of noodles, sour cream and greaves. Sometimes instead of sour cream use cottage cheese. I decided to lighten this dish and a little to Russify. It turns out very unusual and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    0.5 pack

  • Spinach

    4 handful

  • Cheese

    350 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Cheese

  • Spices

Cooking

Onion and spinach coarsely cut

In a skillet fry the onion. Add the spinach and a little water. Simmer about 5 minutes

Cook the pasta "al dente"

Add the pasta to the onions and spinach. Fry or stew at will for a few minutes. Add the cheese and stir. Another 2 minutes on a simmer. Bon appetit!!
