A Turkey Burger

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

  • Corn

    50 g

Skip the meat and onions through a meat grinder.

Add crushed garlic, pepper and sauces.

Mix well and form 4 Burger.

Fry our "cakes" on a low-calorie spray oil. Spray oil on the pan before putting the meat.
