Buckwheat
This buckwheat can be eaten as a separate dish or as a side dish. Quick, easy and delicious. And due to the pesto and oil it has a unique flavor and silky texture.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    63 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    30 ml

  • Pesto

    3 tsp

  • Broth

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Bring the water to a boil, add salt and cook buckwheat according to instructions.

Onion finely mode and fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes. Add the wine and spices. A little to evaporate. Pour in the broth and put the cooked buckwheat, mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 min.

Put pesto, butter, making it difficult to hold for another minute and serve.
