Cooking
Need boiled meat.
Meat skip through Mincer. Add soy sauce and stir.
Mint should be rinsed with water and finely chop. Meat put in a pan, add mint and 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Stew for about 10 minutes on low heat.

I use the Rice "Kuban" bags from TM Mistral. This rice when cooking it becomes soft and creamy, its grains have the same smooth shape and white color. The rice cook in boiling water for about 30 minutes.
