Camping we have is usually unfussy but delicious meals cooked on the coals. For example, such as carp with a smoke!

Ingredients

  • Lemon juice

Carp gut, clean off the scales, remove the gills and rinse well with cold water. Dry it with a napkin. On each fish, make slanting cuts at intervals of 0,8-1 cm carp RUB spices inside and outside. I used spices for fish from the company "Forester" - "Skewers of fish with smoke" - a wonderful composition selected for fish!
