Skewers of chicken wings with vegetables
The first summer vegetables and tasty chicken - what could be better!!! Help yourself, dear cooks.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

    9 piece

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Red currants

    1 handful

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 tsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Seasoning

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The wings cut off the tips. To place them in a bowl, pour 1st. L. soy sauce.

Add the mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Mix well.

Add seasoning for chicken, salt and pepper to taste.

Add the paprika, mix well. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

To prepare the vegetables. The carrots and peas.

In a pan pour a 2st. L. vegetable oil, fry the carrot, zucchini and peas for 2-3 minutes.

Add the onion and fry for 1-2 minutes.

Pour 1st. L. soy sauce, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 minute.

Add a handful of currants and turn off the heat. Vegetables ready.

The wings are strung on wooden skewers. Spread in a greased form for baking. Bake in preheated oven at 180-200 C for 20-25 minutes. Bon appetit.
