Skewers of beef with peanut sauce
Tender and juicy skewers of beef, which is a great complement to the peanut sauce, giving the meat a new flavor. Sauce for kebabs can be made more or less spicy just by adjusting the amount of pepper.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    600 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Turmeric

    0.25 tsp

  • Spices

  • Sugar

    0.333 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Peanuts

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sugar

    0.333 tsp

  • Spices

The meat is cut into long strips with a thickness of 1-1.5 cm, slightly discourage.

Onion cut into half rings.

In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, turmeric, sugar, salt, dried garlic, black and Cayenne pepper. Pour meat with marinade and mix thoroughly.

Put in a bowl the meat in one layer, then a layer of onions, and alternate thus, in several layers. Remove the meat cold, at least for a couple of hours.

For the sauce, fry the onion in butter (in which marinated meat), garlic, add chili pepper. After, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly and grind in a blender. Add peanuts, soy sauce, spices. Again all beat.

Fry the meat on hot coals. I use a very convenient lattice -TM"Forester "
