Skewers of beef with vegetables
I offer, rolls of beef with vegetables, roasted on the grill.

Ingredients

  • Beef

    8 slice

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Asparagus

    10 piece

  • Soy sauce

    75 ml

  • Oil mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    2 sprig

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 pinch

Cooking

Mix all ingredients for the marinade.

Beef cut into thin slices 3-5 mm.

Put the meat in the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours. And better at night.

Carrots cut into thin wedges, asparagus cut in half.

Toothpicks soak in water for 15 minutes, so they don't burn during the cooking on the fire.

To get the meat from the marinade, spread it on the vegetables.

Fold rolls and secure with a toothpick.

Spread on a baking tray-grill Forester, oiled.

Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
