Liver salad
The salad is very tasty, although the liver I do not like. Hearty, but not heavy. Suitable for festive table, and for lunch and snack.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • Green onions

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Liver wash, remove fat, films and dry cloth. Add spices and soy sauce, stir and leave to marinate for half an hour.

The liver fry slightly in a pan, add chopped onions and fry with onions until tender.

The liver is cut at random, folded into a salad bowl.

Eggs cook, to clean, chop finely and add to the liver.

Also add the peas and green onions.

Mix and season with mayonnaise to taste.
