Polenta with red sauce
Before You bright, healthy and hearty dish for the post of cornmeal in the Italian style. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Water

    750 ml

  • A mixture of spices

    0.5 tsp

  • Oregano

    0.5 tsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pepper

    0.25 piece

  • Tomato paste

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Ramsons

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Polenta boil until tender in water, stirring constantly, as indicated on the package.

Add the mixture of spices "Italian herbs", oregano, salt and 2 tbsp vegetable oil Oleina.

Stir, try for salt. Spread polenta into a greased baking dish (a layer of 1-2 cm).

For the sauce fry in the remaining oil, onion, roughly chopped slices and chopped garlic. Add sliced into thin strips sweet pepper, fry all together for 3-4 minutes.

Pour the tomato paste diluted in water, add the mustard, salt, pepper.

Cook the sauce for another 5 minutes.

Spread the sauce over the polenta. Bake at 180*C for about 25-30 minutes.

The finished dish sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Cut into portions and serve.
