This is my first recipe I decided to share with you. I read a bunch of recipes buckwheat from each learned something interesting and combined in a single, I hope you like it.

Cooking
First prepare the broth! In a pot put the bones, 1 carrot, 1 onion, a few peppercorns, a Bay leaf, a little salt (but not too nice) All fill with water and put on fire. in no case do not close the lid or else the broth will become cloudy!!! Don't forget to remove the foam from the boiling broth
