Veal with sauce of Gorgonzola
Tender meat in a spicy sauce of Gorgonzola cheese is prepared quickly and it turns out unusual and very tasty! If You like blue cheese, try this version of cooking meat. As for the recipe thanks to my friend Ira!!

Ingredients

  • Veal

    2 piece

  • Orange juice

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Blue cheese

    70 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Capers

    7 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Chops sprinkle with soy sauce, leave for 10 minutes. I have the Kikkoman sauce.

In skillet, heat both oils, add garlic cloves, fry the meat on high heat on both sides until Golden brown, transfer to a plate, cover with foil. Garlic to throw out.

In a pan pour orange juice and wine, add the capers ( if the capers in salt, then rinse them with water beforehand), cook a few minutes until evaporated by 1/3.
