Fish-pumpkin julienne
Julienne of pumpkin, vegetables and fish fillet. A hearty and flavorful dish for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Pumpkin cut into cubes, spread on a pan. Add water. To stew a pumpkin.

Add chopped fish fillets. Add salt, black pepper and herbes de Provence, Bay leaf and nutmeg. Add the chopped garlic.

Mix the milk and starch, add to the pan.

Add the chopped greens. I have parsley.

Put the mass into an earthen pot or clay pot for Julien.

Sprinkle top of cheese. Put into the oven to bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
