Chicken legs stuffed with arugula and lemon zest
To move away from the stereotypes, today I decided to cook for grilling some new dish, unusual. I rummaged through my books and magazines and found this recipe, simple and, in my opinion, the promise of new tastes and sensations. I propose to inquire, especially since it got me the end result is not just not disappointed, but very pleased.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

  • Arugula

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Arugula wash and chop. Remove the lemon peel without touching the white part, mix with arugula and add 2 tbsp of soy sauce TM Kikkoman. Mix.
