Fish meatballs in a fragrant tomato-ginger sauce. Tasty and fast.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    3 Tbsp

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Bran

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Coriander

  • Tomato

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Let's start the cooking with the meatballs. For this mince cooked beans.

To the beans add the fish fillets.

Then add oat bran, salt and coriander to taste. Stir.

From the resulting meat to roll into balls and roll them in flour. Fry until Golden brown in olive oil. Prepare the sauce: to do this, combine water, tomato paste and ginger.
