Tomatoes washed, cut off the tops, remove the pulp and put in a refractory form.
Ham or any boiled meat (sausage) cut into small cubes and fill the tomatoes.
Drain the juice from the tomato pulp. The pulp grind in a blender along with the Basil leaves, a clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper, add the egg and beat again. The resulting omelet to fill the tomatoes.
Trim the crust from the bread and grate or chop in a blender. Bread mix with grated cheese and cover with tomato mixture. Bake in pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes.
It turns out very tasty dish. It is quite hearty, and at the same time easy. Fried crust is amazingly crispy. Tomatoes are delicious both hot and cold.
