Pumpkin with rice
A great dish during lent. Which, thanks to the sweet taste, and love the children.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

  • Figure

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

  • Parsley

  • Vegetable oil

Here our ingredients are sliced.

Put in a pan the pumpkin, carrots and onions, saute in oil for 7-10 minutes. Do not forget to periodically stirring.

Slowly pour in the boiling water, put the rice and dried parsley (fresh put with the tomatoes). Close with a lid and tormented until soft.

Then add tomatoes, fresh parsley and salt to taste. Add water if necessary (the rice should not float, see photo).

5-7 minutes gently stir and then tormented until fully cooked. Follow the water. The rice should not turn into a mess.
