Casserole of quinoa with spinach
Probably already all know that the nutritional value of quinoa is very high. The content of proteins and essential amino acids, this plant has no equal. For vegetarians it is quite capable of replacing animal sources of protein. Quinoa is rich in fats and fiber and keeps the feeling of satiety. We also loved this cereal and I'm happy to offer you a recipe for quinoa casserole with spinach.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    150 g

  • Spinach

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Cheese curd

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

Prepare the necessary products.

Rinse quinoa, pour 300 ml water and boil until tender.

In a pan heat the oil and fry the onion cut into quarter-rings and the chopped garlic. Add the pepper and thyme.

To the quinoa add the fried mixture, cottage cheese and egg, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Add the chopped spinach. I was frozen, so I just gave it to thaw slightly and cut. If you use fresh spinach, it should be pre-blanched.

The form of grease and put it in our mix. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
